Aquify Pools Recognised as NSW’s Best Fibreglass Pool Builder for the Second Year Running

The 2026 NSW SPASA Awards of Excellence was a night to remember for the Aquify Pools team.

We were incredibly proud to be recognised as NSW’s Best Fibreglass Pool Builder for the second consecutive year, while also taking home a number of project and individual Aquify awards.

The achievement marks the third time in the past four years that Aquify Pools has received the state’s highest fibreglass pool building honour, reinforcing its position as one of Sydney’s most awarded fibreglass pool builders and highlighting the consistency of our in-house team.

For a Sydney pool builder that started more than 18 years ago with two brothers and a vision to improve the pool building experience, it’s a milestone we’re incredibly grateful for.

Award-Winning Fibreglass Pools Across Sydney

This year, Aquify Pools was recognised across multiple categories, taking home four Gold Awards and four Finalist placings.

These awards reflect not only the quality of the fibreglass pools we build across Sydney, but also the people behind them. From our project managers and site teams through to customer service and aftercare, every member of the Aquify team plays a role in delivering a positive experience for our clients.

For us, awards aren’t the goal. The goal is helping Sydney families create backyards they love spending time in. But it’s always nice to pause for a moment and celebrate the hard work that goes into making that happen.

NSW’s Best Fibreglass Pool Builder For Another Year

Winning this award for a second year in a row is something we don’t take for granted.

Families researching a new pool have plenty of options to choose from, which is why independent recognition like this means so much.

Judged by a panel of more than 50 industry experts from across Australia, the SPASA Awards recognise excellence across all areas of the pool and spa industry.

To be recognised as NSW’s Best Fibreglass Pool Builder for the third time in four years is a reflection of the care, experience and consistency our fully in-house team brings to every project.

One of the things that makes Aquify different is our in-house team. From sales and customer service through to project management, site supervision and aftercare, our clients deal directly with Aquify people throughout their entire pool-building journey.

Having experienced team members involved at every stage helps us maintain consistency, communication and accountability from the first enquiry through to final handover. It’s an approach we’ve believed in since day one and one that continues to benefit our clients.

Celebrating Our Team

One of the highlights of the evening was seeing several team members recognised for their individual contributions.

Matt Westcar received Gold in the Operational Excellence category, recognising the leadership, organisation and commitment he brings to every project.

Vania Okumura took home Gold in the Rising Star category, a fantastic achievement and recognition of the positive impact she has made since joining the team.

We were also thrilled to see Liam McCarron named a finalist in the In-Field Service Technician category and Marcelo Morales named a finalist in the Construction Tradesperson category.

Both are highly respected by our clients and colleagues and it was great to see their efforts acknowledged by the industry.

Improving Pricing Transparency

The awards weren’t the only milestone for Aquify this year.

Last month, we launched a new online Pool Pricing Tool to help homeowners better understand the likely cost of a fibreglass pool project before requesting a quote.

One of the most common questions we hear is, “How much does a pool cost?” and while every site is different, the tool provides a useful starting point for families researching their options.

It’s one small step towards greater pricing transparency in an industry where homeowners have traditionally found it difficult to access pricing information early in the research process.
